This is the stuff that drives me crazy
This is the stuff that's getting to me lately
In the middle of my little mess,
I forget how big I'm blessed
This is the stuff that gets under my skin
But I've gotta trust You know exactly what You're doing
Might not be what I would choose
But this the stuff You use
This is the stuff that's getting to me lately
In the middle of my little mess,
I forget how big I'm blessed
This is the stuff that gets under my skin
But I've gotta trust You know exactly what You're doing
Might not be what I would choose
But this the stuff You use
I think Francesca Battistelli must have wrote this song just for me! This song fits my "season" of life perfectly (well, except for the speeding ticket). This is exactly how I've felt these past few weeks! You drop everything you pick up, nothing goes as planned. You've run yourself ragged all day, but yet you haven't accomplished a thing! Why do we let this "stuff" get under our skin and ruin our whole day? We've all heard the phrase "don't sweat the small stuff", but that's easier said than done! No, what we should remember is that God has a plan for our lives and that no matter how bad we may mess it up, He's still God and He's still in control! I just love the Bridge of this song -- So break me of impatience Conquer my frustrations I've got a new appreciation It's not the end of the world. Now if I can just remember this after a really frustrating day, I'll be doing good! Sometimes music is the best remedy for our situation. What song (old or new) fits your "season" of life?
